This was how my weekend went:
Saturday: work
Sunday: work
Monday: sleep in. do nothing. stay online all day. cook dinner - late. BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, glazed carrots, and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Worth the wait.
Back to work again today.
I'm tired tonight. I have no good stories. I have no cute pictures. In fact, we made ZERO pictures on Memorial Day (probably because we did nothing.)
What I AM actually excited about: my sister is coming to visit next week! For 5 whole days! We're going to celebrate her birthday all week!
And, while she's here, our third anniversary will happen too :) It coincidentally falls on the same day that I was planning to have her birthday dinner, so it will just be a celebration of everything. We've already done our big anniversary stuff - that was the cruise. So now we get to share our happy day with my sweet sister :) It will be an excellent week. I cannot wait!
